Analytics Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Analytics Manager to lead business analytics, reporting and performance measurement across our organization. The role is fully remote and reports to senior leadership, working closely with Finance, Operations, Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Technology, HR and Procurement teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement analytics strategies, frameworks, standards, reporting procedures and governance aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead business analytics and performance reporting for key functions, translating business requirements into dashboards, reports, KPIs and actionable insights.
• Create and maintain management dashboards and performance‑monitoring tools for senior leadership.
• Analyze financial, operational, commercial, customer, project, sales and procurement data to identify trends, opportunities, risks and performance gaps.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, metrics, targets, benchmarks and analytical performance frameworks.
• Conduct trend analysis, forecasting, variance, scenario, root‑cause and predictive analytics where appropriate.
• Identify cost‑optimization, revenue‑growth and process‑improvement opportunities through data analysis.
• Develop automated reporting solutions to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, completeness, integrity and governance across reporting and analytics processes.

Required profile

• Mid‑level to senior experience in business analytics, data interpretation and dashboard development.
• Strong commercial thinking with ability to translate complex datasets into practical business recommendations.
• Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
