Animator (Motion Designer) – Create Video & Motion Content

About the role

The Animator (Motion Designer) creates compelling video and motion content that drives engagement across campaigns, social media, and brand channels. This role blends creative storytelling with technical expertise to deliver high‑quality animated assets for digital platforms, events, and internal brand needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce motion graphics, animated explainers, logo animations, and visual effects.
• Collaborate closely with designers and the Marcom team to bring campaign concepts to life.
• Stay ahead of trends in video, animation, and short‑form storytelling to keep content fresh and innovative.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, fine arts, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., ACP, Blackmagic Design, CPDV, Maya/3D Max, Maxon, etc.).
• 3+ years of professional experience in videography, editing, and/or animation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of platform‑specific content requirements and best practices for digital and social media.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• Experience with AI tools and other video/animation software.
• Familiarity with Maya, 3D Max, and Maxon.
