Assistant Creative Manager

About the role

The Assistant Creative Manager supports the planning, development, and execution of creative concepts and marketing materials across both digital and traditional channels. Working closely with creative, marketing, content, brand, and business teams, this role helps deliver visual and written communications that align with brand objectives and campaign requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing creative concepts, campaign ideas, visual directions, and content themes.
• Prepare creative briefs, organize project requirements, and track deadlines.
• Coordinate feedback loops, review deliverables, and ensure final assets meet brand standards.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers, and external agencies.
• Support the creation of social media content, digital campaigns, advertising materials, presentations, and promotional assets.
• Maintain consistent brand identity, messaging, tone, and visual standards across all platforms.
• Contribute to content calendars, campaign planning, creative research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Creative Media, Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Strong creative mindset with excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, understand briefs, provide constructive feedback, and maintain attention to detail.
• Flexibility and curiosity about emerging creative trends, digital platforms, and audience behavior.
