About the role

The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring efficient daily operations. This position plays a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and overall restaurant performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house activities.
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve service excellence.
• Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage.
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and control waste.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support sales initiatives and help achieve revenue targets.

Required profile
