Automotive Workshop Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Workshop Supervisor to lead our busy workshop in Bahrain. The role involves hands‑on leadership, ensuring high‑quality vehicle repairs, efficient workflow, and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, lead and motivate a team of automotive technicians and support staff.
• Organise daily workflow, assign jobs and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct final quality control inspections to meet company and manufacturer standards.
• Provide technical guidance and hands‑on assistance for complex diagnostics and repairs.
• Manage workshop resources, including tools, equipment and spare‑part inventory.
• Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Liaise with service advisors to communicate repair estimates, timelines and technical details to customers.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor performance, give feedback and identify training opportunities.

Required profile

• 10‑12 years of experience in a workshop supervisory or senior automotive technician role.
• In‑depth knowledge of modern vehicle diagnostics, mechanics and electronics.
• Strong leadership, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Commitment to quality, safety and operational excellence.
• Proficiency with workshop management systems and diagnostic equipment.
• Relevant technical qualification or certification in automotive engineering (preferred).
