About the role

The Banquet Food & Beverage Service Expert delivers memorable dining experiences for guests in a luxury hotel setting. Working closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams, you will ensure seamless service from table setup to guest departure, while upholding the brand’s high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Set up banquet tables, chairs, linens, and service stations according to event specifications.
• Communicate guest orders and special requests accurately with the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and adhere to sanitation protocols.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and uniform standards at all times.
• Perform physical duties such as standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance), and moving on varied surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.
