About the role
This full‑time, on‑site Barista role is based in Bahrain. You will prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees and teas, while ensuring a clean and welcoming café environment.
Key responsibilities
- Operate coffee machines and related equipment to prepare espresso‑based and specialty drinks.
- Prepare light snacks, maintain counter and seating area cleanliness, and monitor inventory of ingredients and supplies.
- Greet guests, take orders accurately, process payments, and deliver friendly, efficient service in an entertainment‑focused setting.
- Support peak hours, special events, and overall café operations as part of a team.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; barista or hospitality training is an advantage.
Required skills
- Operation of coffee machines and espresso equipment.
- Food preparation and hygiene knowledge.
