Beauty Consultant - Tom Ford

About the role

Chalhoub Group, a luxury retailer with eight owned brands and over 300 international brands across beauty, fashion and lifestyle, is hiring a full-time Beauty Consultant for its Tom Ford brand in Manama. The consultant delivers outstanding customer service, uses appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to reach sales targets, and keeps the counter clean, well stocked and beautifully presented.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver makeup and fragrance consultations, product demonstrations and personalised recommendations
• Support sales targets, customer acquisition, loyalty, product launches and brand activations
• Work with retail teams and store management so the brand is visible, well presented and customer-ready
• Build customer relationships through clienteling and stay up to date with beauty trends, products and competitors
• Handle new launches, promote products and merchandising, and keep the counter clean and well stocked

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the beauty industry
• Strong Arabic and English communication skills
• Customer-focused, confident and professional approach
• Passion for luxury beauty, sales and memorable brand experiences

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of makeup and fragrance products and consultations
