About the role
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to drive new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships. Working remotely, you will collaborate closely with our sales and leadership teams to identify prospects, conduct outreach, and support pipeline growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and partners.
- Schedule meetings and support the sales pipeline process.
- Research markets, industries, and potential clients.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing on lead‑generation strategies.
- Maintain CRM records and track outreach activities.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business materials.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or client‑facing roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Confident, professional approach to outreach and relationship‑building.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Experience in SaaS, startups, or digital businesses is a plus.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
