About the role
Euro Motors is looking for a professional and motivated Call Centre/Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service, manage incoming calls, and support administrative functions.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls courteously.
- Provide information about company services and products.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
- Schedule appointments and manage staff calendars.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient communication.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree (office management or customer service certification is a plus).
- Proven experience in a call centre or receptionist role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional service.
Required skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Proficient with standard office equipment.
