About the role

We are seeking a motivated Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team, delivering high‑quality dishes in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook assigned menu items to consistently high standards, following recipes and culinary techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the station, complying with food safety regulations.
• Assist with mise en place, including ingredient preparation, portioning, and inventory control.
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure proper food preparation and quality.
• Plate and present dishes creatively with attention to detail.
• Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment, prioritising tasks and multitasking.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Ensure proper equipment usage and maintenance.
• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with menu development and recipe testing.
• Supervise, train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive team atmosphere.
