Chief Investment Officer – Sports, Media & Entertainment

About the role

The Chief Investment Officer will lead the investment platform’s strategy across Sports, Media, Lifestyle and Entertainment. Reporting to the senior leadership team, the CIO will combine portfolio management excellence with active deal origination to drive growth of the firm’s USD 1 billion deployment pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Originating and executing new investment opportunities in the target sectors.
• Overseeing and enhancing performance of existing portfolio assets without direct operational involvement.
• Providing strategic guidance to senior stakeholders, including Board and CEOs.
• Managing senior stakeholder relationships and representing the firm at the highest level.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Investment or a related field (MBA or CFA highly desirable).
• 12+ years of investment experience with sector exposure to Sports, Media, Lifestyle or Entertainment.
• Strong understanding of GCC markets and a proven track record of improving portfolio performance.
• Demonstrated deal‑origination capabilities and senior‑level stakeholder management.
