CMM Engineer (Card Merchant Management) – Banking/FinTech

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on CMM Engineer with deep expertise in the ACI Card and Merchant Management (CMM) platform. The role focuses on designing, customizing, and integrating core acquiring workflows for a leading banking/FinTech client in Bahrain.

Key responsibilities

• Customize and develop functionalities within the ACI CMM platform, covering merchant onboarding, hierarchy, terminal management, fee structures, settlement, reconciliation and reporting.
• Integrate CMM with external systems such as payment switches (Postilion), core banking (T24), middleware (TIBCO, ESB, APIs), payment gateways, POS management and fraud monitoring tools.
• Design, write and optimise complex Oracle SQL/PL‑SQL queries, stored procedures and scripts; lead performance tuning, data migration and bulk processing tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of hands‑on experience on the ACI CMM platform.
• Strong background in merchant acquiring, settlement workflow, POS lifecycle and fee/reconciliation processes.
• Proven experience integrating payment systems with switches, core banking and middleware solutions.
