Compensation & Benefits, L&D & Employee Relations Manager (Remote)

About the role

PBPartners is seeking a senior HR professional to lead compensation & benefits, learning & development, and employee relations initiatives on a full‑time remote basis. You will shape total‑reward strategies, drive talent development, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Design, administer and continuously improve compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct job evaluations and maintain competitive, compliant compensation structures.
• Manage employee benefits enrollment, communication and compliance.
• Support performance and reward cycles, providing guidance on compensation policies.
• Lead learning and development initiatives and employee engagement activities.
• Address employee relations issues, facilitate constructive dialogue and promote a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with HR, business leaders and external partners to align people practices with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in job evaluation, benefits administration and compensation design.
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor regulations and best practices in employee relations and L&D.
• Excellent analytical and data‑interpretation abilities for salary benchmarking and cost modeling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field; HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
• Proven experience in compensation & benefits, L&D or employee relations, preferably within financial services or insurance.
• Comfortable working independently with remote collaboration tools.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
