About the role

We are seeking a strategic, people‑focused HR professional to lead our Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and Employee Relations initiatives. The role will partner with managers and leadership to design, implement, and continuously improve programs that enhance the employee experience and drive organizational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and refine compensation, benefits, learning, and employee relations programs.
• Monitor compensation and benefits processes for accuracy, consistency, and market competitiveness.
• Administer employee benefits and respond to related inquiries.
• Support salary reviews, compensation analysis, and HR reporting.
• Identify learning needs, coordinate workshops, training, onboarding, and professional development activities.
• Track participation, learning outcomes, and development progress.
• Assist managers and employees with workplace concerns and employee‑relations matters.
• Maintain fair, documented HR practices and support engagement surveys.
• Analyze HR data and feedback to spot trends and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for HR leadership.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of HR operations, employee experience, and people practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail, especially when handling compensation data.
