Creative Officer

About the role

Propel Consult is looking for a Creative Officer to join its team in Manama. The role focuses on supporting the company’s creative initiatives and producing engaging content that aligns with its recruitment services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of creative concepts for marketing and internal communications.
• Produce visual and written content for digital platforms, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure creative output meets business objectives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels.
• Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in a creative or design‑related role.
• Strong conceptual thinking and ability to generate original ideas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Organized with solid time‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
