CRM Representative

About the role

Zayani Motors, a diversified group operating in automotive, healthcare, manufacturing and real estate, is looking for a dedicated CRM Representative to join its Bahrain team. This full‑time position focuses on building and maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring data accuracy within the company’s CRM system.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, delivering timely and effective resolutions.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM platform, guaranteeing completeness and accuracy.
• Develop and execute strategies to nurture long‑term client relationships.
• Analyze customer data and feedback to uncover trends and opportunities for service improvement.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align customer engagement efforts.
• Produce regular reports on CRM activities, interactions and key performance indicators.
• Support onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a CRM, customer service or similar client‑facing role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Customer‑centric mindset with problem‑solving aptitude.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
