Customer Service Associate – Retail

About the role

The Customer Service Associate will be the front‑line representative of Candylicious in Bahrain, delivering exceptional service to every guest. You will ensure a welcoming store environment, handle transactions accurately, and support merchandising and stock management.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly, assist them throughout the store and provide after‑sales support, including gift‑wrapping.
• Operate the POS system accurately, handle cash and process payments.
• Maintain a clean, tidy shop floor and ensure merchandise is attractively displayed according to brand guidelines.
• Receive, unload, and store deliveries; stock shelves, follow FIFO and keep the back‑stock area organized.
• Monitor inventory levels, report discrepancies, and manage wish‑lists for out‑of‑stock items.
• Assist in visual merchandising, stock replenishment and loss‑prevention efforts.
• Adhere to grooming standards, attendance and punctuality policies.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of retail or customer‑service experience.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
