Data Entry Manager – Data Quality Leader

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented leader to oversee data entry operations and drive data quality initiatives across the organization. The role combines operational leadership, data governance, and process optimisation to ensure that business‑critical information is accurate, consistent, and reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate data entry and data quality functions across business units.
• Define and enforce standard procedures for data collection, validation, review, and maintenance.
• Establish data quality standards, validation rules, and operational guidelines.
• Monitor accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness and integrity of data.
• Develop quality‑assurance processes and corrective actions.
• Set KPIs, track team productivity, accuracy rates and turnaround times.
• Coach and support data entry and quality teams.
• Coordinate data cleansing, deduplication, normalization and remediation.
• Collaborate with IT to improve databases, systems and validation mechanisms.
• Support data migration, system implementation and integration projects.
• Maintain data dictionaries, documentation and quality‑control records.
• Identify automation opportunities for repetitive data entry tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business Administration, Data Management, Computer Science or related field.
• Strong understanding of data entry, data quality, validation and information‑management principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proven ability to investigate and resolve data discrepancies.
• Experience with data cleansing, normalization and deduplication processes.
