About the role

Beyon Money is seeking a Data Scientist to power the next generation of digital financial services. The role sits at the intersection of data, product, customer growth, payments, automation and AI, turning data into business outcomes that improve customer experience, operational efficiency and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Build scalable analytics and reporting capabilities.
• Deliver customer, product, and transaction insights.
• Develop segmentation, lifecycle, and behavioral analytics.
• Automate reporting and business processes.
• Strengthen fraud, risk, and operational monitoring.
• Enable data‑driven decision making across the business.
• Explore and implement AI and advanced analytics use cases.

Required profile

• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar platforms.
• Background in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science or Data Engineering.
• Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Ability to translate complex data into simple business insights.
