Deputy CAMO Manager

About the role

Zenon is seeking a Deputy CAMO Manager to support the CAMO Nominated Postholder in a VIP/Executive Jet environment in the Middle East. This permanent, onsite role involves regulatory oversight and operational coordination with maintenance organisations and regulators.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance activities performed by contracted maintenance organisations.
• Evaluate, recommend and implement regulatory requirements and manufacturer recommendations.
• Provide recommendations for aircraft and equipment modification programmes and monitor their effectiveness.
• Participate in the establishment, revision and optimisation of maintenance programmes.
• Track and evaluate reliability data of systems, structures and components, recommending corrective actions.

Required profile

• Completed engineering or technical training in mechanical, aerospace or electrical engineering, or qualification as an aircraft mechanic/electrician with several years’ experience.
• Extensive technical knowledge and professional experience in aircraft maintenance and overhaul.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of AMOS (preferred).
• Familiarity with FAA, GCAA and EASA CAR regulations, including Part M, Part 21 and Part 145.
