Digital Marketing & Communications Assistant Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing & Communications Assistant Manager will lead the creation and execution of integrated digital initiatives that elevate Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay’s brand presence and drive commercial performance. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure every digital touchpoint reflects the luxury standards of the hotel while engaging guests, residents, and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement monthly, quarterly and annual digital marketing and communications plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the hotel’s website, landing pages and other digital platforms to ensure optimal performance, user experience and brand consistency.
• Execute integrated campaigns across social media, SEO, PPC and email marketing.
• Plan and maintain content calendars for the Hotel, Spa, Restaurants and Lounges.
• Produce high‑quality photo and video content that supports brand storytelling.
• Lead creative direction for photo and video shoots, ensuring visual identity and messaging consistency.
• Design digital assets and promotional collateral using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing and communications within a luxury or hospitality environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to create engaging visual and written content.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
