About the role
Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain is looking for a Duty Manager to oversee the Front Office operations at its luxury beachfront resort. The role ensures seamless guest experiences, supports the Assistant Front Office Manager, and upholds the brand’s high standards of Arabian hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day front office activities to guarantee smooth hotel operations.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist the Assistant Front Office Manager in supervising staff and coordinating communication across departments.
- Maintain and develop front office standards and operating procedures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, addressing their needs and expectations.
- Cover night‑manager duties during vacations and staff absences.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in Guest Services, Public Relations, or Front Office roles within luxury hospitality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related field from an accredited university.
- Strong leadership, punctuality, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest relations.
