Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)

About the role

Base360.ai is looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to create and lead a new product or business vertical within its AI operating system platform for B2C brands. You will act as a founder‑type leader, leveraging the company’s engineering, design, AI infrastructure, and customer base to validate opportunities and build a revenue‑generating business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high‑potential market opportunities and define a clear product vision.
• Conduct customer research, validate problems, and shape go‑to‑market strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and AI teams to develop and launch the solution quickly.
• Recruit, build, and lead a multidisciplinary team as the venture scales.
• Own growth, adoption, customer success, and financial performance of the new business.
• Present progress and results directly to the founders and executive team.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and team‑building skills.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and creating structure.
• Highly analytical with data‑driven decision making.
