F&B Assistant Marketing Manager

About the role

The F&B Assistant Marketing Manager supports the sales and marketing function for The Ritz-Carlton Bahrain, ensuring that sales opportunities are captured, turned over efficiently, and that long‑term customer relationships are built. The role works closely with internal teams and external sales channels to drive revenue for the food and beverage portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with off‑property sales channels to coordinate efforts and avoid duplication.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers through sales calls, entertainment events, FAM trips, and trade shows.
• Assist in managing event turnover to the Event Management team, ensuring accurate and complete information.
• Participate in sales calls, generate proposals, draft contracts, and handle customer correspondence.
• Identify new business opportunities by monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and economic conditions.
• Support the delivery of exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related field with at least 2 years of sales/marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with no experience required.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to understand market dynamics and target customer expectations.
