F&B Service Expert – In Room Dining

About the role
As a Guest Service Expert in In‑Room Dining, you will create memorable dining experiences for hotel guests by delivering attentive, high‑quality service from the moment an order is placed until the bill is settled.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables for in‑room dining service.
- Communicate guest orders accurately with the kitchen team.
- Interact with guests, serve meals, and ensure satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and supplies.
- Read and verify menu information to assist guests.
- Follow safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance), and reaching overhead or below the knees.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Manama, Bahrain.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and handle moderate lifting tasks.
