Finishing Supervisor – Bahrain

About the role

A leading construction company in Bahrain is seeking experienced Finishing Supervisors to oversee finishing works on villa projects. The role involves managing daily site activities, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day finishing activities at construction sites.
• Monitor and coordinate block work, plastering, painting, and tile installation.
• Ensure all finishing works meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, engineers, and other site teams.
• Inspect completed work, identify defects, and enforce corrective actions.
• Track progress to guarantee timely completion and minimize material waste.
• Maintain safety standards and report progress and issues to site management.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 1–3 years of supervision experience in building finishing works, especially villas.
• Strong knowledge of block work, plastering, painting, and tile installation.
• Excellent site coordination and communication abilities.
• Age between 27 and 32 years.
