Finishing Supervisor – Bahrain

About the role

A leading construction company in Bahrain is seeking experienced Finishing Supervisors to manage finishing works on villa projects. The role involves overseeing daily site activities, ensuring quality standards, and delivering work on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day finishing activities at construction sites.
• Monitor and coordinate block work, plastering, painting, and tile installation.
• Ensure all finishing works meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, engineers, and other site teams.
• Inspect completed work, identify defects, and enforce corrective actions.
• Track progress, manage material usage, and minimize wastage.
• Report project status and any finishing‑related issues to site management.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 1–3 years of supervision experience in building finishing works.
• Strong background in villa construction.
• Excellent site supervision and coordination abilities.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Age between 27 and 32 years.
