Food & Beverage Supervisor – Manama

About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the restaurant and bar at Trader Vic’s in Manama, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily F&B operations and monitor service quality.
• Lead, motivate and develop a multicultural service team.
• Maintain high guest service standards and handle guest feedback.
• Support staff training, coaching and performance management.
• Coordinate with heads of departments to align service with sales and cost‑control objectives.
• Assist in productivity monitoring and implementation of operational procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an F&B Supervisor, senior waiter or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant and hospitality operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to lead a multicultural team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Guest‑focused, energetic and commercially aware.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining service standards.
• Local candidates in Bahrain are preferred.
