Founding Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Strategic Partner

About the role

Compliance.bh is seeking a visionary leader to serve as its Founding Chief Executive Officer and Strategic Partner. This senior executive will shape the firm’s long‑term strategy, drive regional growth across the GCC, and build a high‑performing advisory practice.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the long‑term vision and growth strategy for the boutique advisory firm.
• Develop and maintain relationships with C‑suite executives, boards, regulators and key stakeholders to generate a strong pipeline of engagements.
• Lead high‑value advisory projects covering strategy, business transformation, finance, IFRS, investment management, insurance, GRC, technology and AI‑enabled transformation.
• Build, mentor and manage a high‑performing consulting team while establishing operational processes and quality standards.
• Identify and pursue market expansion opportunities across Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait and Oman, representing the firm at industry events.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in consulting, advisory or professional services.
• Demonstrated ability to grow a business, secure C‑level relationships and drive revenue.
• Strong understanding of GCC financial institutions, regulatory environments and market dynamics.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building and scaling teams.
