About the role

The General Manager will lead daily operations for Noor Al Qalam Group in Manama, driving growth and operational excellence across our technology portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations and manage company resources.
• Implement strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and growth.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and optimise workflows.
• Handle financial planning, budgeting and resource allocation.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Proven experience in managing operations within a technology or holding‑company environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
