About the role
The General Manager will lead daily operations for Noor Al Qalam Group in Manama, driving growth and operational excellence across our technology portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations and manage company resources.
- Implement strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and growth.
- Lead cross‑functional teams and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and optimise workflows.
- Handle financial planning, budgeting and resource allocation.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing operations within a technology or holding‑company environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross‑functional teams.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
