Glass Site Supervisor

About the role

Al Minar Glasses Co. W.L.L. is seeking an experienced Glass Site Supervisor to oversee glass installation and related site works across Bahrain. The role acts as the primary liaison between customers, on‑site crews, and company management, ensuring projects progress on schedule and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Visit and supervise multiple project sites throughout Bahrain.
• Coordinate glass installation, aluminium façade, and other site activities.
• Assign workers according to site requirements and monitor attendance.
• Provide regular progress updates to customers and management.
• Identify and report site issues, material shortages, or delays.
• Ensure installation quality complies with project specifications.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience in glass, aluminium, façade, glazing or related construction sectors.
• Proven ability to supervise installation teams and manage several sites simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to follow up independently on pending works.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, workers, and management.
• Willingness to work outdoors and travel between sites daily.
