Graphic Designer – Marketing Campaign Execution

About the role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to lead the visual creation of marketing campaigns from concept through final delivery. The role involves producing high-quality, brand-aligned assets, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring timely, consistent outputs that support our organizational mission.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing materials for campaigns, managing the process from production to completion.
• Develop integrated advertising concepts that are unique, effective, and on-brand.
• Conduct briefings and align requirements to ensure work is finalized efficiently and on time.
• Interpret client specifications and translate them into design solutions.
• Create and manage artwork using Adobe Photoshop, including retouching and high-resolution output.
• Ensure all final designs adhere to brand guidelines and meet quality standards for print and digital use.
• Package presentations for internal and external stakeholders to support sales and customer satisfaction.
• Research competitors and market trends to inform design direction.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience or an equivalent mix of experience and education.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to follow brand guidelines and deliver print-ready and digital-ready artwork.
• Attention to detail, quality control, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Basic analytical mindset for competitor and market research.
