Graphic Designer – Marketing Team

About the role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join the Marketing team of The Diplomat Radisson Blu Hotel in Manama. The role involves creating compelling visual assets that reinforce our brand and engage guests across both digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design marketing collateral for digital and print, such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, menus, presentations and advertisements.
• Create visual content for the hotel website, email campaigns, digital screens and social media platforms.
• Produce and edit high‑quality graphics, photography, illustrations and promotional videos.
• Ensure all assets follow the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and other departments to develop creative concepts that support business objectives.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends, tools and best practices.
• Support day‑to‑day creative requests from the Marketing team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in hospitality or a service‑oriented industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, layout design, branding and digital content.
• Excellent attention to detail and visual storytelling abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage several projects at once.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience with video editing software such as Premiere Pro or After Effects.
