Handyman Technician – Accommodation Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Accommodation / Handyman Technician to keep our Heartist accommodation at the highest standards. You will work in a dynamic 5‑star resort environment, handling preventive and corrective maintenance across a range of building systems.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance in Heartist accommodation.
• Perform repairs on air‑conditioning, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building elements.
• Inspect facilities regularly to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
• Troubleshoot faults efficiently while minimizing disruption to guests and staff.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
• Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and company standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and accurate maintenance records.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in building maintenance, preferably in hotels or residential facilities.
• Good working knowledge of air‑conditioning, electrical systems, and plumbing.
• Experience with general handyman tasks such as carpentry, painting, and minor repairs.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize requests effectively.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Positive attitude, strong problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to quality.
