About the role
The Housekeeping Attendant joins the heart of the hotel team, ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. You will work directly with guests and colleagues to deliver a high‑standard, friendly service in a five‑star environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness standards for all public areas and guest rooms.
- Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping surfaces.
- Restock housekeeping inventory such as linen, cleaning supplies, tea, and coffee.
- Provide courteous and professional interactions with guests.
- Report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure a flawless guest experience.
Required profile
- Previous housekeeping experience in a busy commercial environment or hotel (preferred).
- High cleaning standards and strong attention to detail.
- Motivation to learn, grow, and develop within a supportive hotel team.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster.
