Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Hilton, you will lead a team of housekeeping professionals to ensure every guest experiences a clean, welcoming environment. You will be the point of contact for maintaining high standards of room and public area cleanliness while supporting the overall hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff to meet quality and cleanliness standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of checkout rooms, spot‑check occupied rooms, and review service areas, storage, and corridors.
• Report and follow up on maintenance issues or facility concerns promptly.
• Plan and oversee deep‑cleaning projects and special housekeeping initiatives.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper care of housekeeping equipment.
• Respond to VIP and special guest requests to deliver exceptional service.
