HR Specialist / Administration Manager / Chief People Officer (CPO)

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, people‑focused professional to lead HR, people operations, and administrative functions across the organization. The role combines hands‑on HR management with senior‑level people strategy to enhance employee experience and drive organisational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities and support workforce planning.
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Develop, review and update HR policies and improve internal procedures.
• Provide guidance on workplace‑related matters and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Oversee administrative functions such as employee services, internal communications and documentation.
• Contribute to broader people strategy, including culture, leadership development, talent management and succession planning.
• Monitor HR data, prepare workforce reports and use insights to recommend process improvements.
• Address employee relations issues, facilitate conflict resolution and promote an inclusive work environment.
• Handle confidential employee and compensation information with utmost discretion.
