About the role
The Hygiene Officer will oversee food safety and hygiene compliance across hotel kitchens, in‑villa dining, and F&B outlets at Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct sanitation inspections and temperature monitoring.
- Perform food safety audits and coordinate microbial swabbing and food sample testing.
- Train staff on HACCP standards and ensure ongoing compliance.
Required profile
- Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Environmental Health or related field.
- 2–5 years experience as a Hygiene Officer in luxury hospitality or 5‑star hotels.
- HACCP and Advanced Food Hygiene certifications.
