IT Infrastructure Senior Manager

About the role

Arab Financial Services seeks a strategic, hands‑on leader to own the end‑to‑end IT infrastructure landscape. You will drive secure, scalable, and resilient operations across projects, networks, security, and data‑center environments within a regulated financial services setting.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute IT and data‑center strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead infrastructure transformation initiatives, including cloud migrations, data‑center upgrades, and network/security refreshes.
• Oversee LAN, WAN, MPLS, VPN, cloud connectivity, and voice networks while shaping network security architecture (firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption, segmentation).
• Manage primary and disaster‑recovery data‑centers, ensuring high availability, performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Direct end‑user computing services and IT Helpdesk, maintaining SLA‑driven performance.
• Ensure governance, risk, and compliance across all infrastructure domains.
• Control infrastructure budgets (CapEx & OpEx), vendor contracts, and cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Lead multi‑disciplinary IT teams and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in IT infrastructure management within a regulated financial services environment.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives.
• Track record of delivering large‑scale transformation projects on time and within budget.
• Deep understanding of governance, risk, and compliance requirements for financial institutions.
