IT Manager

About the role

The IT Manager will lead the strategy, deployment, maintenance and security of all technology infrastructure for a luxury hotel. You will ensure seamless operations, high data‑protection standards and a robust network environment, including full IT architecture setup during the pre‑opening phase.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee pre‑opening installation, configuration, testing and integration of core hotel systems such as Opera PMS, Simphony POS, RMS, key‑card access, guest Wi‑Fi, PABX, IPTV, network infrastructure and cyber‑security solutions.
• Maintain 24/7 stability, performance and uptime of hardware, software, server environments and hotel networks.
• Implement cybersecurity protocols, access controls, data‑backup frameworks and disaster‑recovery plans in line with corporate and local data‑protection regulations.
• Manage vendor SLAs, software licensing, procurement contracts and both operating and capital‑expenditure budgets.
• Provide technical troubleshooting, run the help‑desk for hotel staff and deliver user training on core systems and security awareness.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of IT leadership experience in a luxury hotel, preferably with pre‑opening system implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Network Engineering.
• Strong problem‑solving, project‑management and communication skills with fluent business English.
