About the role

The IT Project Technology Lead – Vice President is a strategic senior professional responsible for steering complex IT initiatives within Citi. The role requires deep technical authority, commercial awareness, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed IT work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource allocations and status reports.
• Interface with senior project staff and client senior management to communicate project status and risks.
• Recommend and oversee process improvements that enhance efficiency and quality.
• Evaluate complex business and system processes against industry standards.
• Provide expert guidance on architecture, infrastructure and overall IT project leadership.
• Advise and coach junior analysts, allocating work and ensuring delivery excellence.
• Conduct sophisticated analysis to define problems and devise innovative solutions.
• Assess risk, ensure compliance with laws, regulations and Citi policies, and uphold ethical standards.
