IT Support Officer

About the role

Alzayani Investments is looking for a versatile IT Support Officer who can bridge traditional enterprise IT with modern smart‑device ecosystems. You will be the escalation point for complex technical issues while owning the configuration, support, and maintenance of a wide range of personal and connected devices.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end Level 1‑3 technical support for hardware and software incidents.
• Configure, set up, and troubleshoot iOS and Android smartphones, tablets, and personal computers.
• Install and maintain Smart TVs, media streaming boxes (Apple TV, Android TV) and smart home/office automation systems.
• Support and maintain IP CCTV, access‑control and other ELV infrastructure.
• Manage LAN, WAN and complex Wi‑Fi deployments; perform L2/L3 network troubleshooting on switches, routers and access points.
• Assist with Windows Server administration, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP.
• Maintain accurate IT inventory, document configurations and coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the investment or financial sector.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office environments.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues.
• Understanding of security protocols and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
