IT Support Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Officer to join our team at Alzayani Investments. The role blends traditional enterprise IT responsibilities with the management of modern smart‑device ecosystems, ensuring seamless operation of both corporate and personal technology.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end Level 1‑3 technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot iOS and Android smartphones, tablets, and personal computers.
• Install and maintain Smart TVs, media streaming devices (Apple TV, Android TV) and smart home/office automation systems.
• Support and maintain ELV infrastructure, including IP CCTV cameras and access‑control systems.
• Manage LAN, WAN, and complex Wi‑Fi networks; troubleshoot switches, routers, and access points.
• Assist with Windows Server administration, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Maintain accurate IT inventory, document configurations, and coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar IT support role, preferably within the investment or financial sector.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
