Lead Interior Designer – Hotels Group (Bahrain)

About the role

The Lead Interior Designer will create innovative and functional design solutions for hospitality spaces, focusing on hotels and restaurants in Bahrain. You will work closely with clients to translate their vision into compelling interiors that enhance the guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative interior design concepts for hotels and restaurants.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
• Lead client meetings and present design proposals.
• Provide leadership, mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
• Identify opportunities to improve design processes and systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate/commercial interior design, specifically hospitality projects.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Strong track record of delivering high‑quality design solutions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with 3D rendering software.
