Logistics Engineer – Ready Mix

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Logistics Engineer to manage Ready Mix transportation and logistics operations in Bahrain. The role involves planning deliveries, coordinating with batching plants and drivers, and ensuring timely material supply to construction sites.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate ready‑mix transportation and logistics operations.
• Manage delivery schedules, vehicle allocation and monitor vehicle movement.
• Coordinate with batching plants, drivers, and project sites to ensure efficient material flow.
• Optimize fleet utilization and resolve delivery or transportation issues.
• Maintain logistics records, operational reports and ensure timely delivery of ready‑mix materials.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience in Ready Mix logistics.
• Strong knowledge of ready‑mix transportation operations and fleet management.
• Proven ability to plan, coordinate and solve logistics problems in a fast‑paced construction environment.
