Machine Learning Manager

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Machine Learning Manager to lead our AI initiatives. In this senior position you will guide a distributed team of engineers, data scientists, and researchers to design, build, and scale production‑grade machine learning solutions that drive measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the organization’s machine learning strategy and technical roadmap.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a remote team of ML engineers, data scientists, and AI researchers.
• Oversee end‑to‑end model lifecycle: design, training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to deliver AI‑powered features.
• Establish MLOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment workflows.
• Manage cloud resources, ML infrastructure, and AI platforms.
• Implement governance for AI ethics, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Track project progress, budgets, resource allocation, and technical risks.

Required profile

• 8‑12+ years of experience in machine learning, AI, data science, or software engineering, including leadership roles.
• Proven track record delivering production AI solutions at scale.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence executive stakeholders.
• Experience managing fully remote, distributed teams.
