About the role

The Manager of Talent Management & Employee Relations leads a dedicated team to deliver high‑quality HR services that support the organization’s strategic goals. This role ensures talent acquisition, development, and employee relations initiatives are aligned with company policies and business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee talent development and acquisition programs to build employee skills and attract qualified candidates.
• Lead the Employee Relations team, designing policies, handling disciplinary actions, grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution while ensuring legal compliance.
• Develop career progression frameworks and succession plans to address talent gaps and ensure leadership continuity.
• Conduct workforce and HR analytics, producing reports with actionable insights for senior management.
• Integrate talent management and employee relations initiatives to foster an inclusive, high‑performance culture.
• Design and govern succession planning and leadership pipeline frameworks, mitigating key‑person risks.
• Support organizational change initiatives by managing change‑management processes and workforce transitions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent management and employee relations within a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and governance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence senior leaders, and drive strategic HR initiatives.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience producing HR metrics and strategic recommendations.
