Mixologist – Guest Service

About the role

The Mixologist will join the Time Out Market team to deliver outstanding beverage service and create memorable experiences for guests. Working in a fast‑paced environment, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks according to company standards while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense drinks following established recipes and garnish as required.
• Take guest orders, answer menu questions, and inform guests of specials.
• Check guest identification and serve beverage runners promptly.
• Verify beverage orders for accuracy and presentation before serving.
• Process guest checks and payments using the POS terminal.
• Maintain line of sight and control the service area throughout the shift.
• Adhere to safety, health, and legal regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum high school graduation.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar hospitality role.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving, organisational, and time‑management abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• POS terminal operation.
